Sewing

This club is not running this term.

Sewing Club aims to teach sewing skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  The tactile nature of sewing has many benefits for children:  increasing creativity; building self-confidence; helping develop problem-solving and fine motor skills, to name but a few.  Each week, the children will be working towards age appropriate projects.  In no time at all they will be wanting to fix all their clothes and making little gifts for everyone!

The Club leader, Mrs Andersson, is currently a mum at Airthrie and is passionate about all things 'craft'.  She has been teaching a diverse range of arts and craft to children for over 10 years.  For more info please contact Cris Andersson on 07823 822114 or by email to cricaandersson@gmail.com.  All materials will be provided.
