End of Term Prayers
10th April 2012
Kate, Isabella and Morgan were very keen to play their flutes in our end of term assembly. They have practised in their own time and it was delightful to listen to them. Thank you girls.
Touch typing certificates were awarded to Nicola, Oliver, Megan, Aiofe, Abigail and Tilly.
Ukelele Certificates of Achievement were presented to Grace, Lucy, Charlotte, Erin, Lucy and Sofia.
Hockey certificates and medals were presented to Daisy, Molly and Erin.
Woodwork creations were shown with pride: Athena displayed her box with a lid and the necessary hooks - specifically made for her bunkbed, Octavia made a lidded box with compartments and James his special storage box. Cameron's bookshelf with a small cupboard will prove useful, we were told, for the books which don't fit on his current bookshelf, Finlay's door-knocker carved into the shape of a woodpecker was very inventive, Grace made a small dolls' house with removable front, William an impressive battleship and Erin a very interesting triangular, lidded box.
Tilly accepted the Forest Trophy on behalf of THETFORD for their 1359 leaf points this term!
Well done to you all for these achievements.
